2012 Garage Sale and Homeowner's Picnic

The date for the Brookshire Garage Sale is August 25th, starting at 8 a.m. A notice will be put on Craigslist and the local newspaper.

The date for the Homeowner's picnic will be September 22, from 4:30-8 p.m. A separate postcard mailing will go out regarding the picnic.

CORRECTION: Update. There will be no picnic on the 22nd.




The Board is considering other dates. As we still have two vacant positions, planning is a little more tedious.



If and when an alternate date is determined, then a separate mailing will go out via USPS, and a banner will be hung at the entry.
